Certificates and Transcripts

To receive a Certificate of Completion from a class, all instruction and testing must be complete. Transcripts will reflect student's actual hours of attendance, including made-up hours. Students receive credit only for actual hours of attendance up to credit hours offered.

 

Absences

Absences from class cannot exceed 15% of total class hours. Missed instruction must be made up and documented with a qualified assistant or instructor. Missed hours of attendance may be made up, by permission of the Director of the School, through qualified and documented community service, attendance at optional lectures presented at the school and/or documented massages.

 

Incompletes

If a student is unable to complete the course with his/her class, student may continue with a later class by permission of the Director.

 

Reasons for Dismissal

Director may terminate any student's training at any time if the student attends class under the influence of recreational drugs (including alcohol) or if a student's behavior is considered disruptive or a detriment to him/herself or others.

 

Student Concerns & Complaints

Questions, concerns or complaints may be directed to the class instructor or School Director either in person or in writing.

 

Cancellation Policy

PSoM reserves the right to cancel a class for any reason, in which case students will receive a full refund of all money paid for that class. If a student should wish to withdraw for any reason, an intent to withdraw must be made in writing to PSoM. Please see PSoM catalog or contact the school for the refund schedule.

IMT, CMT1, or CMT2: If a student should withdraw prior to the fifth day of class, the student will receive a full refund, less a $100 registration fee and $55 materials fee. If a withdrawal notice is received after midnight of the fifth business day after the first day of class, the student will receive a pro-rated refund less a $100 registration fee, $55 materials fee, and $75 student liability insurance fee. Full refund for school supplied PSoM manual will be made if returned in original condition. No refund after 60% of the class is completed.

Continuing Education: Full refund if intent to withdraw is received in writing 21 days before class start excepting residentials (see below) or unless stated otherwise in enrollment agreement. If withdrawal is made up to two weeks before class starts, applicant is entitled to full refund minus a registration fees as listed under "Registration Fees" or applicant can choose to transfer the class tuition to another class and forfeit only half of the registration fee. No refund will be made if cancellation request is received within two weeks of class.
