2009 Tuition Schedule

Tuition for Professional Massage Training†

CMT1: $3350 or $3015/14-day prepaid or $3250/paid in full on the first day of class
CMT2: $3350 or $3015/14-day prepaid or $3250/paid in full on the first day of class
CMT3: Tuition will reflect the total cost of classes selected for Track 1 or Track 2

CMT1 Two-part Option:
Part1:
IMT - Introduction to Massage†: $1600 or $1450/14-day prepaid or $1550 if paid in full on the first day of class
Part2:
IMT to CMT1 in same session†: $1900 (includes $450 deposit due)


Tuition for All Continuing Education (CE) Classes TBA per class posting

Books & Material Fees

All required books are available for purchase in the student store at a 10% discount off the cover price. Some courses have materials fees, payable to the instructor on the first day of class. Most courses require students to bring sheets, oil or lotion and a bolster.

 

Deposits

The following deposits are required with registration


$850 - CMT1 - Practitioner Massage Training Program
$850 - CMT2 - Professional Massage Training Program
None - CMT3 - Compehensive Studies
$400 - IMT - Introduction to Massage

Continuing Education Classes:
All CE Classes require full payment with registration.


Financial Aid

As a small private vocational school, PSoM does not have a financial aid program. We have been accepted by the State of California for worker's rehabilitation programs. We are also able to offer limited payment plans for our IMT - Introduction to Massage and CMT1 Practitioner courses (see below). We also accept Visa, Master Card and Discover.


Payment Plans

We accept cash, check or charge, as well as payment from insurance, rehabilitation, government and private agencies.

Registration Fees

Early registration is recommended for all classes as many fill quickly. Preregistration is required for all courses. Late registration for CMT1 and CMT2 classes may be allowed by permission of instructor within the first 29 class hours.

Registration fees are included in the tuition listed for each class and are as follows:

$100 - IMT - Introduction to Massage
$100 - CMT1 - Practitioner Massage Training
$100 - CMT2 - Professional Massage Training
None - CMT3 - Comprehensive Studies


Refund Schedule

If a student should wish to withdraw for any reason, an intent to withdraw must be made in writing to PSoM.

IMT - Introduction to Massage, CMT1 and CMT2: If a student should withdraw prior to the fifth day of class, the student will receive a full refund, less a $100 registration fee and $45/$55 materials fee. If a withdrawal notice is received after midnight of the fifth business day after the first day of class, the student will receive a pro-rated refund less a $100 registration fee, $45/$55 materials fee, and $75 student liability insurance fee. Full refund for school supplied PSoM manual will be made if returned in original condition.

Continuing Education: Full refund if intent to withdraw is received in writing 21 days before class start excepting residentials, unless stated otherwise in enrollment agreement. If withdrawal is less than 21 days before class starts, applicant is entitled to full refund minus registration fee of $75 for classes one week or longer, $50 for two and three day classes, and $25 for one day class. No refund will be made after 2 weeks before class start date.
